College of Health and Medical Technologies, Southern Technical University organized an online workshop on troubleshooting of DNA Sequence problems and solutions of DNA sequencing technology. The online workshop reviewed the most important problems that accompany DNA Sequence technology, possible solutions and how to add features annotation of genetic sequences, which are the first and most important steps in the process of registering genes in the genetic Genbank. The online workshop recommended implementing the correct methods to avoid errors accompanying DNA Sequence and working on overcome them, as well as a complete description of the genetic pieces before registration.
