Faculty members in the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, University of Babylon obtained a patent on manufacturing a balance platform device and vertical column in developing the accuracy of the pneumatic rifle for shooting sports. The patent reviewed that the device is useful in developing skills of the age groups of shooting sports via enhancing the accuracy of the aiming air rifle. It is worth mentioning that the device was designed according to the faculty members’ field experience and their pursuit of shooting sports, in order to help developing the accuracy of the shooting of the shooters, access to the correct skill performance and avoid technical errors as well as reducing effort, money and time.
