Baghdad University: Blood Contamination Ratios

Market Research and Consumer Protection Center, University of Baghdad conducted a study on blood contamination ratios in the blood of operators of power generators in Baghdad.

The study included detecting contamination ratios in the blood of the operators and workers in the field of power generating that caused by exhausted the emitted heavy metals which their fumes of diesel generators (such as lead, cadmium, copper, iron) cause real danger.

The study recommended avoiding installing the power generators near houses in order to reduce the environmental damages.
