During a meeting with the Secretary of the Psychological Cell in the National Security Advisory, Mr. Saeed Al-Jayashi, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed mechanisms for implementing the National Security Council’s decision on training and raising the efficiency of the State’s staffs and its security and intelligence system in coordination with Iraqi universities in the field of psychological operations and media. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib expressed the readiness of the academic institutions to provide the necessary scientific environments. His Excellency directed to form a specialized committee to raise the required recommendations, overcome difficulties and provide the necessary support for the success of specialized programs within the requirements of a professional Master degree. For his part, Mr. Al-Jayashi appreciated the exerted efforts of Higher Education’s Institutions, plans and programs that contribute in developing the State’s Institutions.
