During a participation in a training course on the work of the National Authority and the chemical database held in Finland, a number of employees of the National Supervision Body, merged Ministry of Science and Technology reviewed duties of national bodies in light of the chemical agreement to define activities issues for the annual announcement purposes, collect and write announcements of the industrial activities of the States parties and send them to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. The course highlighted the system for the safe circulation of information, especially with regard to advertisements between the parties and the organization, escorting inspection teams of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, and detecting chemicals via using of various databases sources to verify the chemical elements, their degree of toxicity, their severity and their relation with the agreement.
