Directorate of Information Technology, merged Ministry of Science and Technology held a training course on the (HTML) to develop the capabilities of programmers. The course reviewed a detailed presentation on HTML to develop the capabilities of programmers to developers as a language of designing of websites and flow patterns via using the technology of (CSS) and controlling the entire site through a single file in terms of the type of font used and the size and distances among the elements without the need to write the code or duplicate it inside the website. The course highlighted adding website formats and separating the content from the design to contribute to simplify the process of managing the site and make its files smaller and reduce operating costs as well as helping website visitors to recall the pages of the website from the browser in a quick manner.
