Higher Education: On Radioactive Food Tests

Directorate of Training, merged Ministry of Science and Technology organized a training course on implementing biological methods in testing the radioactive food.

The course, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed the concepts of radioactive food as one way of preserving food, nature of radioactive sources, types, ionizing radiation, radioactive doses and chemical and physiological radiation effects on microorganisms.
