Directorate of Information Technology, merged Ministry of Science and Technology conducted a study on implementing of smart inter-institutional meetings system. The study reviewed that the system works through a control panel to manage the structure of the institution and manage the attendance and meetings held by the institution. The study aimed at benefiting from this system in all Ministries, State’s institutions and private sector companies with the possibility of easy installation in the meeting rooms and scheduling the daily appointments of the director of the department with managers.
