Higher Education: On Special Needs Students

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directed all universities to facilitate studying process for students with special needs with amputees of the lower limbs via providing classrooms on the ground floors and  elevators, Director General of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, Dr. Ihab Naji Abbas said. Dr. Abbas added that the Ministry is keen on implementing the regulation No. 38 for 2013 for special needs to provide classrooms on the ground floors and install of elevator for students with special needs, especially those sitting on wheelchairs with amputees of the lower limbs.
