Al-Mustansiriyah University: On Employability Skills & 4th Industrial Revolution

College of Basic Education, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized an online symposium on the educational technology and employability skills industry during the fourth industrial revolution via Google Meet. The online symposium reviewed the importance of e-learning during the quarantine, the overlap of its strategies with the fourth industrial revolution based on digital developments, in which technology has become an integral part of the community, as well as demonstrating the importance of modern education technology and its direct relation to the employment skills industry for students. The online symposium delivered two scientific lectures by the faculty member in the Islamic University of Malaysia, Dr. Muhammad Saeed and the faculty member in the Indian University of Madras, Dr. Krishnan Omachandarn on the link between the visual world and the physical world via the Internet that provides many advantages in using modern devices to encourage and support the electronic educational process, the skills that the learner acquires from modern applications and the possibility of investing and developing it in the future. The online symposium recommended urging students to learn and acquire skills in individual creativity, and curriculum development with the latest technology developments in entire specialties, in order to achieve benefit from the achievements of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
