Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed that “Based on Higher Education specific national mission according to the Iraqi legislation and laws in force and pursuant to its policy based on the education strategy in Iraq, as well as Higher Education rejects the current content in some newspapers and websites that have published content related to the promotion of scholarships and study programs that do not take into account the privacy and religious and cultural identity of Arab and Islamic societies”.

Higher Education also reviewed that “ While the Ministry affirms its commitment to positive international cooperation and partnerships in the fields of academic development, scientific research, global publishing, and work to achieve the sustainable development goals approved by the United Nations, it reassures the public opinion that it will not allow any strange project to achieve its goals and that Iraqi universities work to serve society and protect its educational environment to be free from any emergency that attempts to prejudice the solid moral and social constants”.
