His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Yasir Al-Aboudi directed the competent Directorates to facilitate procedures and treat the citizens positively, as well as following up citizens' requests and demands. Dr. Al-Aboudi toured to listen to the citizens’ requests, as well as directing  to intensify the communication channels and organizing the timings related to the completion of transactions and requests so that the citizens, whether they are faculty members, employees or students, can actually identify the indicators of community service. His Excellency stressed on the Ministry's keenness on overcoming procedural ways according to contexts that take into considerations the legal aspect and ensure flexibility in dealing with different cases. For their part, the citizens appreciated the careful following-up and the responsible care by His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Yasir Al-Aboudi in regarding the procedures and decisions that serve the public interest.
