During participating in the opening of the World Innovation Summit in Education (WISE), which will be held in the Qatari capital, Doha, for the period 28-29 November 2023, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi reviewed that the 11th edition of the summit focuses on the prospects for creativity and enhancing human potential in the era of artificial intelligence, which represents an important change in the fields of education in general and requires a comprehensive review of the mechanisms and future of education.

Dr. Al-Aboudi said that the summit will witness the participation of more than one hundred and fifty international lecturers distributed over twenty sessions to discuss ideas and proposals that would reshape the horizon of education according to the themes of computer literacy, importance of providing learning for all and new methods that use artificial intelligence to enhance creative potential in the educational environment.

His Excelle met with the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Mrs. Buthaina Bint Ali Al-Jabr Al-Nuaimi. During the meeting, project to establish the Iraqi Qatari University in Baghdad and fields of joint cooperation in all academic fields were discussed, especially exchanging experiences and scholarships between the universities of the two countries.
