During a visit and meeting the delegation of the American University in Beirut, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail reviewed activating academic cooperation. Dr. Al-Suhail said that the two sides highlighted academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and their counterpart of the American University in Beirut via training programs for faculty members and developing the research and scientific level of Iraqi universities. His Excellency added that the two sides also reviewed activating of research fellowship programs for faculty members in order to develop their academic levels.
