College of Science, Al-Karkh University of Science delivered a lecture on microelectronics.
The lecture, in which a number of specialists and faculty members participated, reviewed microelectronics as electron engineering manufacturing electronic chips that represent the heart of any electrical system.
The lecture also reviewed stages and history of manufacturing of microelectronics such as electronics transistors.
