College of Computer and Information Technology, University of Basrah discussed a master dissertation on the effective method for encoding color images via using DNA sequences and chaos coding by the postgraduate student,Mrs. Ghufran Khalid Sherida. The dissertation, demonstrated a statement of the proposed technology for obtaining a secure and efficient method for encoding color images. The dissertation concluded that the proposed encryption algorithm is resistant and effective against statistical and brute force attacks, as well as considering the innovative algorithm more efficient when compared to some previous color image encryption algorithms.
