During a phone call with the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed developing bilateral relations and academic cooperation between the two brotherly countries. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib said that Iraq is keen on strengthening cooperation between Iraqi universities and their counterparts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. His Excellency highlighted Iraq’s keenness on promoting cooperation with the Egyptian side, strengthening the partnership between research institutions and benefiting from mutual experiences. For his part, Dr. Abdul Ghaffar reviewed the importance of the mutual cooperation between the Egyptian and Iraqi universities to serve the two brotherly countries in the academic and cultural fields.
