During a visit to the classrooms and the dormitory complex and touring a number of projects in Tikrit University, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed preparing for the next academic year. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib urged on using of the university's knowledge potential in various fields, enhancing solutions and applied proposals, addressing problems in economic, industrial, health and social fields and providing appropriate treatments. His Excellency called on university to be abided to the standards of total quality management, draw an integrated map of work steps and timelines, meet the needs, invest available financial capabilities and use scientific methods to develop resources. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib also reviewed the briefed presentation of the President of Tikrit University, Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf on the aspect of infrastructure completion, indicators of achievement and approved timeline that fit the preparations for the next academic year and academic programs.
