His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail granted financial awards for Iraqi researchers to publish their researches in Scopus database. Dr. Al-Suhail said that the award of Five hundred thousand IQD to Iraqi researchers for each research published in one of the scl and SCIE journals according to Clarivate Database as one of the journals of Q1 or Q2 according to Scopus standards. His Excellency directed preparing a list of journals where publication is not permitted and another list containing the names of journals where publication and promotion are permitted.
