During a meeting with the National Security Adviser, Mr. Qassim Al-Araji and his accompanying delegation, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi reviewed aspects of cooperation and integration between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the National Security Advisory in the field of developing the skills of state employees according to the joint program that attracts employees from all institutions and in all disciplines and fields with the aim of qualifying and improving the level of performance and skills in the light of a scientific vision and specialized professional programs.

Dr. Al-Aboudi expressed the Ministry’s full support for this studied approach, which bears positive indications from the point of view of coordination between State’s institutions and the development of their staff, which are distributed over various fields that are in the interest of the Iraqi State.

For his part, Mr. Al-Araji appreciated the level of cooperation provided by educational institutions in terms of vocational and educational programs and expertise in the field of training and scientific qualification.

Mr. Al-Araji reviewed the importance of joint projects between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the National Security Advisory, which produced distinguished research and provided professional and applied solutions to many challenges.
