Department of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology conducted a scientific study on the laboratory test of the susceptibility of intestinal bacteria to create a bio-membrane in different water reservoirs.
The study reviewed the effect of three types of bacteria; Klebsiella sp., Escherchia coli and Shigella sp Due to the lack of periodical cleaning of drinking water tanks in housing units that lead to pollute the drinking water.
