College of Medicine, University of Kirkuk delivered a lecture on spectroscopy. The lecture, in which a number of faculty members and students participated, aimed at introducing modern techniques in the field of diagnostic radiology and implementing them in the tests of heart and brain. The lecture reviewed the device, its mechanism of operation that require diagnosing and using of this type of radiation tests as well as highlighting the pros and cons of radiation tests and risks to patients.
