College of Administrative Technology -Baghdad, Middle Technical University held a symposium on the principles of governance and its role in achieving the quality of banking service
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, addressed the most important problems and obstacles facing the work of public banks, the importance of using modern technologies in achieving quality of the provided service and offering the opinions of customers in applying the standards of quality of service in banks.
