College of Law, University of Al-Nahrain published a joint book on the civil liability for the inconvenience of unfamiliar neighborliness.
The book reviewed the origins of legal limitation of unusual harms between neighborliness and the law of the responsibility for unusual neighborliness and the regulations for the responsibility as well as the provisions of civil liability related to the detriment of neighborliness.
