College of Education, University of Al-Qadisiyah discussed a master dissertation on the properties of argon plasma interacting with the NdY-YaK LASER, by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Sarah Hani Hussein.
The dissertation reviewed the effect of the interaction of the LASER with a wavelength of 1067 on the properties of the Arcon plasma generated by the continuous current discharge technique, as well as studying the effect of this laser on the plasma parameters such as the temperature of the electrons, their numerical density and Debye length with the increase of the applied voltage and the change of the distance between poles.
The dissertation recommended studying the generation of Nd-YAG LASER-induced plasma in a different environment such as liquid, using cathode LASER bombardment and studying its effect on the parameters of the generated plasma, as well as properties of the prepared membrane.
