During a visit to the site of Camp Speicher massacre, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib stressed on that the blood of the martyrs will remain immortal in the conscience of all Iraqis. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib called on inspiriting of the spirit of victory achieved by the sacrificed, embodying of national vigor in facing of the terrorists and proceeding in path of reform, which Iraqis derived its content in these days from the eternal memory of Ashura and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him). It is worth mentioning that the visit was started with reciting Surah Al-Fatiha in honor of the souls of the martyrs, as well as the visit was attended by the Governor of Saladin, Mr. Ammar Jabor Al-Jubouri, Presidents of the Universities of Tikrit and Samarra and a delegation from the Ministry that included a number of General Directors.
