During a meeting with a delegation of the Turkish University of Necmettin Erbakan, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Essa reviewed developing the academic cooperation.
Dr. Al-Essa said that the Ministry is keen on enhancing academic collaboration between Iraqi universities and their Turkish counterparts, especially in the fields of sciences and medical sciences.
His Excellency reviewed the Ministry’s keenness on openness on the advanced universities via participating of the faculty members in the scientific conferences and exchanging mutual visits and Dr. Al-Essa praised the role of the Turkish side on the openness towards the Iraqi educational institutions.
For his part, the head of the delegation, Dr. Onder Kettlo expressed the Turkish side’s readiness on developing the academic cooperation and promoting the cooperation horizons with the Iraqi educational institutions
