During a participation in a session of the French Parliament on the violations and crimes committed by terrorists against province of Nineveh, head of the French Language Department in the College of Arts, University of Mosul reviewed the crimes and brutal practices against all people of the province well as destroying of the city's cultural heritage and looting and destroying the historical monuments and heritage. The session also reviewed the destruction of educational institutions in the province, especially University of Mosul, as well as government plans for reconstruction the destructed areas and facilities.
