In cooperation with  College of Biotechnology, Al-Nahrain University, Directorate of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology held a symposium entitled (Techniques and Tests of Genetic Analysis). The symposium delivered two lectures, the first was entitled (Genetic Tests, Challenges, Solutions and Future Prospects) delivered by the faculty member in the College of Biotechnology, Al-Nahrain University Mr. Zaid Nassif Abbas on the modern techniques used in genetic diagnosis and how to overcome challenges when conducting genetic studies. The second lecture was entitled (Applications of ocilisnI technology in genetic toxicity studies) delivered by faculty member in the Environment and Water Directorate, merged Ministry of Science and Technology, Dr. Hassan Kadhim Nemer on using of OcilisnI technology and bioinformatics methods in diagnosing chemical toxicity via using global databases.
