Directorate of Training, merged Ministry of Science and Technology held a training course in the field of strategies and key tasks of human resources management. The course, in which a number of specialists participated, reviewed the importance of human resources management and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production and skills of employees via planning, systematization, leadership and emphasis on the common features between the institution and the employee in the public interest. The course highlighted human resources management strategies, methods of evaluating performance management and philosophy of modern human resources management and administrative work levels and the importance of preparing and training staff as one of the most important tasks of human resources management and the need to achieve the required production or achievement within the adopted specifications and period.
