The faculty member in the College of Education and Sports Science, University of Karbala, Dr. Wissam Salah Abd Al-Hussein published a book entitled "Learning and Education in the Information Technology Era". The book, in which was co-authored by the faculty members in the Universities of Baghdad and Bahrain, included nine chapters on the latest theoretical and applied applications of learning , as well as applications of the virtual educational environment and other concepts that enhance and clarify the concept of learning widely. The book demonstrated the importance of using modern concepts that are appropriate for the electronic environment, such as reverse learning, blended learning and M-learning, as well as other concepts focused on the role of the learner.
