Technical Medical Institute - Mansur, Middle Technical University organized a symposium on the use of minerals as an alternative method to eradicate bacteria.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers participated, included identifying nanotechnology and how to treat the material on the atomic and molecular scale.
The symposium reviewed the resistance methods used by bacteria towards conventional antibiotics, the importance of using nanoparticles, especially copper and silver as an effective alternative method to eliminate bacteria and the importance of applying these minerals as possible alternatives to minerals used in hospitals.
