A joint research team in the College of Science, University of Al-Nahrain and University of Al-Mustansiriyah obtained a patent on manufacturing wired smart convertor that ensures continuity of electricity power of different sources.
The patent aimed at regulating the consumption of electrical power in the buildings via controlling the switch on and switch off the electrical wiring devices and automatically when changing the sources of power supply.
