During a meeting with the Cultural Counselor at the Iranian Embassy to Baghdad, Mr. Gholam Redha Aba Thikir, University of Tikrit reviewed developing academic cooperation with the Iranian universities, University President’s Assistant, Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibraheem said. Dr. Ibraheem added that the importance of developing scientific cooperation with Iranian universities via scientific visitor, twinning programs, scholarships, fellowships, exchanging of visits and holding workshops and conferences. For his part, Mr. Aba Thikir said that the Iranian Embassy granted eight scholarships and He expressed the Iranian universities readiness on developing scientific and research cooperation with the University of Tikrit.
