The Master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Tikrit on the quantitative tools of monetary policy and their role in enhancing monetary stability in Iraq for the period (2004-2019), by the postgraduate student, Mr. Louay Khalaf. The dissertation reviewed a study of the basic axes of the quantitative tools of monetary policy and monetary stability and the relationship between them in Iraq for the period (2004-2019), by analyzing the reality of the study's variables descriptively and quantitatively. The dissertation highlighted the effect of quantitative tools represented (rediscount rate, legal reserve ratio, foreign currency sale window) in achieving monetary stability in the Iraqi economy by relying on the deductive approach and the quantitative method represented by using the Autoregressive Distributed Deceleration (ARDL) model methodology. The dissertation concluded that there is a direct relationship between the rediscount rate and inflation, a long-term inverse significant relationship between the legal reserve ratio and inflation, and a long-term inverse and moral relationship between the currency sale window and inflation, and there is also a long-term equilibrium relationship (co-integration) between the studied variables according to the border test methodology (Bound Test).
