A research team in the College of Science, University of Diyala conducted a study on new genotypes
The study, in which was registered in the World Gene Bank, reviewed analyzing the sequence of the 16S rRNAs of isolated Escherichia coli from the UTIs via analyzing the sequence of nitrogen besides using the PLAST program and using sequences of international strains in order to conduct an analytical comparison.
