College of Education, Samarra University discussed a Ph.D. thesis on evaluating of the level of some neurological, immune and biochemical variables in women infected with Toxoplasma conidiata by the postgraduate student, Mr. Omar Abdullah Ahmed.
The thesis aimed at revealing the effects that occurred on some proteins, enzymes, transmitters, nerve and immune parameters, antioxidants and oxidative stress due to infection with Toxoplasma conidiata, as well as its diagnosis in women who have had miscarriages by measuring antibodies in those infected.
The thesis reviewed increasing in women infected with Toxoplasma conidiata higher than the percentage of immunoglobulin, which is one of the most important components that enter into the innate immune response in the blood and the high levels of the nerve filament chain in the blood are due to its high concentrations in nerve cells.
