College of Agriculture, University of Basra organized a symposium on the factors affecting the fertility of poultry.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and faculty members participated, included delivering a lecture on the factors affecting the temperature and lighting besides proportion of sex.
The symposium recommended determining the proportion of mating of animals according to the species of the birds.
