During a participation in the Egypt’s 1st international conference on advanced engineering and technologies and under the auspices of Universities of Al-Mustansiriyah and Al-Qadisiyah, Egyptian University of Assiut and U.K University of Birmingham, the faculty members in the College of Engineering, University of Wasit, Dr. Salal Rashid, Dr. Asaad Hafedh, and Dr. Ali Jowied delivered three researches in the fields of construction, geotechnical and water resources engineering. It is worth mentioning that the conference is a great opportunity for Iraqi researchers to publish their researches as well as the research will be published in a journal within Scopas, which is a great step for academic cooperation between Iraq and Arab countries to highlight the Iraqi researchers and their academic reputation.
