College of Medicine, University of Karbala organized a workshop on the skills of writing medical researches and international scientific publishing.

The workshop, in which a number of specialists participated, aimed at improving writing researches to be published in the scientific journals, consolidating scientific methods in writing researches in light of the modern methodologies and enhancing the role of Iraqi researchers in the international scientific publishing.

The workshop reviewed types of studies and methods of writing researches, developing skills, increasing research culture, methods of writing research, ethics of scientific research and types of samples and variables besides methods of selection.

The workshop also reviewed the characteristics of researches that contribute in future of health care, quality and management of scientific resources, integration of researches, selecting the scientific journals and difficulties that faced the researchers in publishing in outstanding journals.
