College of Engineering, University of Basrah discussed a master dissertation on plasma-assisted carbon dioxide splitting based on artificial intelligence techniques. by the postgraduate student, Ms. Alia Hussein Abbas
The dissertation
aimed at reducing overall carbon dioxide emissions and reusing it for clean
fuel production.
The dissertation
highlighted implementing the proposed design using artificial intelligence
techniques such as ANFIS and ML to create a reactor model and control unit, these
techniques modify specific control parameters such as flow rate, position, and
conversion time.
The dissertation
demonstrated applying ANFIS and ML techniques to make decisions regarding
carbon dioxide plasma generation and conversion and to optimize plasma control
in real time using iterative learning control (ILC).
