College of Education for Pure Science, University of Diyala held a symposium on the technique of the scanning electron microscope besides operating and using methods.
The symposium reviewed a number of axes such as identifying scanning electron microscope in term of its history and development, concept of the device and its daily applications in different walks of life such as testing the defects in semiconductors and insects’ structure.
